Due to a breaking change in the diamond analysis database and results schema, analyses completed before May 4, 2026 can no longer be displayed correctly. The new database now includes additional metadata (such as operon member counts) that is required for the genome browser visualization. There is no backward compatibility for these changes. If you need to view older results, please re-run the diamond analysis.
